SkyScape Vegetative Roof Systems provide a full range of design solutions that are easy to install, meet or exceed all major performance criteria and meet your unique project needs. Elevate offers a variety of measureable green roof design solutions that are covered by the strength of the Elevate Red Shield Warranty including:

​SkyScape Pregrown Modular System features an engineered design that encourages plant growth and provides enhanced stormwater management capabilities. This system is built on the foundation of the 15” x 20” x 5.75” with 4.0” media depth, 100% recycled high-density polypropylene module.

SkyScape Extensive System (less than 6” media depth). This meadow-like, easy-to-install vegetative roof also serves as a functional stormwater management platform. Drought-tolerant succulent plant species from the basis of an Extensive System plant mix and come in a variety of deliverables for installation.

SkyScape Semi-Intensive System (6-8” media depth). This system features deeper media, allowing for a truly designed rooftop landscape and more complex plants than an Extensive System. This system includes either the 0.5” drainage panel or the 1.0” drainage panel with filter fabric bonded to the top and a geotextile bonded to the underside.

SkyScape Intensive System (8″ and greater media depth). Intensive Systems allow for the most creative rooftop garden designs, with seemingly unlimited options. In addition to the plants listed above, larger conventional perennials and grasses, native forbs and grasses, shrubs, and even small trees can be included (all set on a 1.00” Drainage Panel).

Covered by a Single-Source Elevate Red Shield Warranty

When installed by a licensed Red Shield Contractor, both the Elevate roofing system (materials, labor, and installation) and the SkyScape Vegetative Roof System (materials, labor, and installation, with optional coverage for overburden and two-year plant growth) can be covered a single Elevate Red Shield Warranty. Building owners can have the peace of mind that there is only one call to make for roofing warranty issues, and that both their roofing system and their green roof are covered by Elevate.

SkyPaver composite roof pavers enable building owners to create durable, versatile rooftop living spaces. Perfect for new or reroof projects, SkyPaver composite roof pavers are available in five colors that can be configured into various patterns and designs. They work well in multiple applications including plaza decks, terraces, walkways and other accessible roof areas.

SkyPaver composite roof pavers can also accommodate any live load, including point loads, making them an ideal complement to vegetative roof systems like Elevate’s SkyScape system. An attractive choice for architects, the elegant, traditional brick look of SkyPaver nicely enhances the beauty of the SkyScape vegetative roof system. 

Made from 95 percent post-consumer recycled tires and plastics, SkyPaver Composite Roof Pavers are lightweight and easy to install. SkyPaver and SkyDrain can be installed over any low slope, waterproof Elevate roofing system including RubberGard EPDM, UltraPly TPO, and asphalt membranes. They are engineered to meet or exceed ASTM standards and can help earn points in the U.S. Green Building Council’s LEED rating system.
